How to Fill NEET Application Form 2026 – Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Registration

  1. Visit official website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/
  2. Click on “New Registration”
  3. Enter basic details: Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Date of Birth, Gender, etc.
  4. Choose authentication method: Aadhaar / DigiLocker / Passport / Bank Account (recommended: Aadhaar/DigiLocker)
  5. Verify OTP → Generate Application Number and Password

Save both Application Number and Password safely.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

Login → Complete these sections:

  • Personal Details
  • Address & Contact Details
  • Academic Details (Class 10 & 12 marks)
  • Parents’ details
  • Category & PwD status (if applicable)
